How to Meet the Standards That Matters?

With reference to the “Meeting the Standards That Matter”[1], there are altogether 8 qualities that a professional person should acquire. They include:

1. Competence

2. Knowledge

3. Conscientiousness

4. Integrity

5. Respect

6. Emotional Intelligence

7. Appropriateness

8. Confidence

Please examine these 8 qualities and reflect how well you perform in your daily life. The mark you get indicates how well you have reached the standard of the quality as required by a professional, and of course, the higher the better. If you want to have an alternative view from other perspective so that you can know which areas of improvement are deemed necessary, you can ask 5 of your friends to complete the same questionnaire for you.

But mind you, “Meeting the Standards That Matter”, because these qualities might become the necessary performance criteria once you become a professional and enter the industry. Your future bosses might probably have higher expectation from you! So be prepared yourself today!
